Frequently Asked Questions
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can either call our office at 281-242-6889, or fill out an online appointment request form with the desired date and timespans that you will be available. We will later contact you to discuss and confirm the final arrangements of your appointment.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
On your treatment day, we request that you arrive 5–15 minutes early so that your service can start on time and you can complete any necessary paperwork.

Should I eat before my physical exam or skin care treatment?
No, you should not eat before your physical exam. Blood testing and abdominal ultrasounds, for example, require 8 hours of fasting. Whether you consume food before your skin care treatment is up to you; if you do, we recommend something that's relatively light. After your office visit, feel free to eat as you normally would.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes, you can schedule a consultation in order to help you understand the treatment process and determine whether the procedure is right for you. A consultation for any skin care service is free if you decide to undergo the procedure. Otherwise, a standalone consultation is $75.

What should I expect during my consultation?
We will explain the procedure in detail, discussing the benfefits and risks as well as answering any questions you may have. If you choose to undergo the procedure, we will give you a consent form to sign and take "before" pictures so you can later compare your treatment results.

Is there any pre-treatment planning I need to do?
Some skin care treatments do require this. We will give you any pre-treatment instructions during your consultation.

What if I miss or need to cancel an appointment?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a notice at least 24 hours in advance. Simply call our office to make arrangements.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
